"I would like to commend the whole staff at Mr. Buddy Drakeford State Farm Insurance. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Ms. Pam Bowles. There was issue with my mortgage company Insurance payment. Communication with the mortgage in itself is a job that requires strength and tenacity. She stayed the course (3 hours) and reached a solution. Bravo to her for doing a yeoman's job! That was high level customer service. Her skills and diligence to this task made me feel very valued as a customer. I truly appreciate your service. Thank you, immensely, Ms. Bowles."
